Sophie Fetokaki
Sophie Fetokaki is a performer, writer, researcher, and islander. Her practice spans these dimensions, and often takes place at the intersection of performance and the social forms of everyday life. She is the recipient of the 2025 Iowa Review Award in nonfiction, and has published poetry and creative nonfiction in the Chicago Review of Books’ magazine Arcturus, Two if By Sea Journal, Icelandic journal Ós, The Prose Poem, and elsewhere. New poems are forthcoming in August 2025 with Pamenar Magazine.
